Before we start work on your logo, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. You can pay with a valid debit or credit card or by bank transfer.
Every logo is different but a good estimate would be 5 working days. If you have a specific deadline, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to complete your project within that timescale.

Once we’ve received the full design fee, the logo is yours.
Yes. Your logo will be sent to you in a variety of file formats including a high-quality vector file that allows for resizing without a loss of quality.

The design process involves us both and sometimes we may interpret your ideas or requirements incorrectly. Don’t worry though!
Our Lite package gives you up to 3 revisions whilst our Premium and Elite packages offer unlimited.

You’ll then be sent a draft of your logo where you can provide any feedback and revisions if needed. When it’s a perfect match, we’ll provide all the files and you’ll be ready to show off your brand new logo design to your customers and clients.
