Your monthly fee can be stopped at any time as long as you give us at least 2 weeks notice before your next monthly payment. Our Lite hosting and management option provides a hands-on approach by us with additional support.
We take care of any content changes you may need. On the Lite option, you can request as many website changes as you like once per month.

Our Pay Monthly package is based on our multi page design package.
If you want to add e-commerce functionality, the pay monthly price is an affordable £99 per month.
As soon as we receive your first monthly payment of £40+vat, we’ll start researching, designing, and developing your new website.
Your first payment is a non-refundable deposit and allows our web designers to begin your project.
We’re honest with our clients.
With our pay monthly package, you won’t own the rights to your website until after 24 months. This is to ensure people don’t use our services to get a website and then leave after a few months.
It also allows us to work with people and businesses who are serious about growing.
After 24 months, you completely own the design of your website and can leave with it if you so wish.
Every website project is different, so giving a time frame is tough.
On average, our website projects take 10 days from first payment to first draft.
When it comes to submitting change requests there are 3 options available to you.
You can use the website change request form to request changes online.
You can email us using the changes@hellooodesign.com email. Please ensure that your email clearly identifies who you are so we can carry out your requests as soon as possible.
You can phone us on 0333 014 4472, and we’ll schedule your change over the phone.
Please note, you can always make the changes yourself using the Content Management System. We provide you log-in information once your website has launched.
You can submit an unlimited number of website change requests once per month.
Your dedicated designer will review your changes to ensure we have all the details required and then schedule them to be fulfilled. By default, your requests will be completed in the order you submit them. If you ever need to change the order, or prioritise a certain task or tasks, you can do so by letting us know.
We get it. Sometimes priorities shift and deadlines change. So we’re happy to be as flexible as possible to help you meet yours.
Our dedicated team of designers work daily on implementing any change requests you have scheduled.
We like to add a personal touch here and try to allocate you a specific designer, however, you may find that your changes are carried out by a new designer. This is to ensure we fulfil your request in a timely manner. We fulfil your requests one at a time, on a first-requested, first-fulfilled basis. This way you get what you need first, the fastest.
If the priority of your requests ever shifts, after you’ve made a request, you can just let us know. We will hit pause on your active request, and fulfil the one that’s become more time sensitive.
We complete changes on a first-come, first-served basis.
The time for your changes to be completed can vary depending on the number of changes scheduled ahead of you. We do try to complete any requests as soon as possible and aim for a 7-day turn around.
Please note, you can always make the changes yourself using the Content Management System. We will provide you log-in information once your website is live.
If a request is especially time-sensitive, you can indicate this when submitting your request details. We’ll do our best to bump it up in the queue and advise you of the delivery time.
